Cera-coat R

Cera-coat R is a coated urea with a polyurethane resin originated from a vegetable oil. The urea in the polyurethane membrane is slowly eluted in accordance with the growth condition of plants, it can be used widely as a labor-saving fertilizer by selecting the appropriate brand type.
The membrane is mainly composed of a natural material of vegetable oil-based polyurethane resin. After the elution is completed, the membrane will gradually disintegrate and decompose due to light and microbes.
Although the elusion rate of the urea is affected by the temperature, it is hardly operated by the pH value, therefore, Cera-coat R can be used for various types of soil.
Cera-coat R can be also used for machinery fertilization such as rice transplanters, knapsack power applications, and broadcasters because of the excellent mechanical properties of the polyurethane resin.

- Release control and release period are the number of days, which are required to release 10% and 80% of nitrogen,respectively, in 25°C water.
Cera-coat R compound fertilizer
Cera-coat R compound fertilizers, which are blended with Cera-coat R and compounded fertilizers, can supply soil with appropriated amount of nitrogen at the time crops need. Therefore, Cera-coat R compound fertilizers works long enough to reduce time and labor related to topdressing. Cera-coat R compound fertilizers can reduce not only cost of the fertilizer but also amount of nitrogen run-off to reivers and pounds because of the high fertilization efficiency.

Applications
Labor-saving fertilizer for only once dressing can be produced by blending chemical fertilizers in response to region and requested crops such as paddy rice, soybeans, and wheat.
