Registration method |
- *To register for this competition, pre-registration must be completed using the registration form on this website. Once the required information is entered and submitted, entrants will receive registration numbers by email. These registration numbers will be required when submitting competition entries, so they should be recorded and saved to prevent loss. Also, the following should be noted:
- *Once registration numbers are issued, queries about them will not be answered.
- *If multiple entries are to be submitted, each entry must have a unique registration number.
- *Registration can only be completed using this website.
- *Registration details cannot be modified once registration is completed. If an entrant requires different registration details, he or she should reregister.
- *Mobile phone email addresses may be unable to receive registration notification emails.

The following must be included in your application.
- *Floor plan, section, and/or site plan (at any scale)
- *Perspective diagram or a picture of a model
You are free to add charts, diagrams or descriptive text to help describe your plan, but these must be within 100 words, in English.

Materials |
One A2-size sheet (420 × 594 mm), one-sided Any method of expression is permitted, but the work must not be framed or panelized.
- *You may use blue prints, pencil, ink, color, or photographs; but do not use panels.

Writing the Registration Number |
Entrants should write their registration numbers in 35-point font at the bottom-right corners of their submission sheets and should not write any other details that may be used to identify them. The back sides of submission sheets should be left blank. |

Initial Screening |
Announcement of Initial Screening Result |
The results of the initial screening will be announced in the End of September by notifications sent to applicants who have passed the screening and by an announcement on the competition website. |

December 7 (Saturday), 2024 Competition prizes will be decided by final screening of the seven highest ranking proposals from the initial screening. |
Announcement of Winners |
Winners will be announced in the 2025 February issue of “SHINKENCHIKU” and 2025 March issue of “a+u”. |

- *The sponsors will not answer questions regarding competition regulations.
All matters not covered in these regulations are left to the discretion of the entrants.
- *Copyrights to the winning entries will remain the property of their designers, but the sponsors of the competition reserve the right to publish the entries in magazines and other media.
- *Competition entries must not infringe the copyright of any other work, either in whole or in part. Do not use images from magazines, books, or websites. If copyright infringement is found, the proposal in question will be disqualified.
- *Entries will not be returned. If required, make copies for your own use before submitting your entry.
- *Failure to follow any of the competition rules will result in disqualification.
